Returns procedure

We want you to be completely satisfied with Sunbuster blind Please let us know within 14 days of purchase if you are not entirely satisfied with your Sunbuster blind or the service you have received from us, so that we can rectify the situation. The sunbuster blind is described and photographed as accurately as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with the Sunbuster blind just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement Sunbuster blind.

Please note we are only able to accept returns that have not been altered or deformed in anyway. We can only exchange or replace on a like for like basis and will replace faulty blinds to you in the same size and colour of your original order If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call our customer services team on 07982 621 233 or email jacq@sunbusterblind.co.uk Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
